He tells it like it is. Peoplesoft sucks but he wants their customers. Most of these system sucks because CRM or ERM they forces the customers to live in their world. They need to make the system fit in the customer's world but to do that one needs customization and Peoplesoft is not meant for customization nor is SAP, Siebel System or any of those. This is why I read Larry Ellison’s book, Softwar. He tells it like it is. Peoplesoft sucks but he wants their customers.
