First and foremost, this website is meant to be a place to build community. So, the number one rule above all others is treat others as you would hope to be treated. Also, please keep in mind:

• It’s the web, don’t post anything you would regret if your mother or an enemy read it or quoted you.
• Speaking of your mother, she doesn’t work here, so keep things nice on your own.
• Healthy debate is a great thing. Let’s challenge ourselves and others. Disagreement is not a license to kill, though, and you’re not James Bond. Be cool.
• We’d like to keep moderation light touch under the presumption we are all adult professionals. However, we reserve the right to delete with extreme prejudice.
• Straight up insults, any kind of racism, sexism or other attack will not be tolerated. When in doubt, give your colleague the benefit of the doubt that no harm was intended.
• There’s no crying in baseball or being an EA (most of the time)
